Tenants pay rent directly to you. You know, on the 1st of every month, exactly how much revenue is coming in.
3. Know your costs
On the 10th of every month, Tilt invoices you for property management fees, as well as any charges incurred to keep your property in great shape, such as maintenance or repairs. This invoice will never be a surprise, because we require you to sign off on any work we do that exceeds $650. Anything under, we don’t bug you with, because it’s only our job to sweat the small stuff.

You can pay your Tilt invoice in a variety of methods, including by credit card. You regain control over how your cash flows each month.
